Returns Policy for DEVI Heating Distributors
1. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is found to be faulty within its warranty period, it may be returned for a replacement or credit.
Conditions:
- The fault must be reported within the product’s warranty period.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- All components and accessories must be returned.
- If the product is tested and deemed not faulty, it will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.
- Freight costs for returning faulty items will be covered by DEVI Heating Distributors.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes products may not be suitable. You may return unused items within 30 days of the invoice date.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in mint condition, and in original packaging.
- Goods must be received at our warehouse within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Special order items and cut cable are non-returnable.
- Credit will be issued at the current listed price at the time of return.
- Freight costs for returning unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns outside this time period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may be returned subject to a restocking fee.
3. Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we apologise and will arrange a return and credit.
Conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
- Credit will be issued once the item is received and verified.
4. Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.
Conditions:
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damage must be documented with photos and reported via our Resolution Centre.
- If shipped via a DEVI-nominated carrier, we will cover the return freight.
- Damage occurring during pickup or third-party transport is at the customer’s risk.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping and tracking your return.
WARRANTIES
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will assist where possible to process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
